1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Mistery Grid application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
- The App is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
- You agree not to misuse the App or use it for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.
- You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.
3. Gameplay and Progress
Mistery Grid is a puzzle game. We may update rules, puzzle content, balancing, hints, or progression systems over time to improve the overall experience.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, artwork, logos, puzzles, software, and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of Haumea Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
5. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services including Firebase, Google Analytics, and AdMob. Your use of the App is also subject to any applicable third-party terms and privacy practices for those services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Haumea Labs makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haumea Labs shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of progress, interruptions, device issues, or indirect or incidental damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Haumea Labs is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
